Essential Steps to Follow

Eight non-negotiables for getting real results from this course

These aren't suggestions. They're the difference between people who transform their lives and people who just consume content. Follow them.

1

Complete One Week Before Moving to the Next

Why it matters: Each week builds on the last. Week 2 won't make sense if you skipped Week 1. Week 4 won't work if you didn't do the work in Week 3.

What to do: Don't jump ahead. Don't skip around. Start with Week 1, Module 1. Finish it completely. Then move to the next module. Then the next week. In order.

2

Write Down Your Answers

Why it matters: Thinking about answers isn't the same as writing them down. The act of writing forces clarity. It makes abstract ideas concrete. It creates accountability.

What to do: Keep a dedicated notebook or Google Doc for this course. Every reflection question, every exercise, every insight—write it down. You'll thank yourself later.

3

Apply It Immediately

Why it matters: You don't learn by reading. You learn by doing. The faster you apply what you're learning, the faster it becomes real for you.

What to do: After learning about listening in Week 2, practice it that same day in a real conversation. After learning about storytelling, tell a story using the framework. Apply it immediately, even in small ways.

4

Block Dedicated Time

Why it matters: You will never "find" time. You have to make it. If you don't schedule it, it won't happen.

What to do: Right now, before you move on, open your calendar and block 2-3 time slots this week for Week 1. Treat them like doctor's appointments. Non-negotiable.

5

Notice When You're Using These Skills

Why it matters: Recognition builds confidence. The more you notice yourself already doing what this course teaches, the more you'll believe you can do this professionally.

What to do: As you go through your day, pay attention. When do you listen actively? When do you handle objections? When do you tell stories? Start recognizing it. That's proof you already have these skills.

6

Don't Wait to Feel Ready

Why it matters: You will never feel 100% ready. That's not how confidence works. Confidence comes from action, not preparation.

What to do: When Week 4 gives you action steps (update LinkedIn, apply to roles, etc.), do them immediately. Even if you don't feel ready. Especially if you don't feel ready.

7

Track Your Progress

Why it matters: Progress is motivating. When you can see how far you've come, it's easier to keep going.

What to do: At the end of each week, write down one thing that shifted for you. One insight. One belief that changed. One action you took. Keep a running list. You'll be amazed at how much changes in just four weeks.

8

Finish What You Start

Why it matters: Week 4 is where the action steps are. That's where knowledge becomes implementation. If you stop at Week 3, you'll have learned a lot—but you won't have changed anything.

What to do: Commit right now to finishing all four weeks. Even if it takes you longer than four weeks. Even if life gets in the way. Keep going. Week 4 is where everything comes together.

You're Ready

You've read the intro. You understand what this course is. You know how to use it. You've committed to showing up.

Now it's time to start Week 1.

The step most people skip:

Telling someone they’re doing this. Out loud. To a real person. Whether that’s a partner, a friend, a family member—say it: “I’m transitioning into sales. I’m building something.”

When you say it to someone else, it becomes real. It stops being a private fantasy and starts being a plan. It makes it harder to quietly abandon when things get hard.

Accountability isn’t a weakness. It’s infrastructure.
